When being subjected to discriminatory acts, we’ve no choice but to face them with no fear. When we’re performing our daily activities, relaxing, or even dealing with obnoxious situations before us, it’s important we always establish a posture from where we can observe what happens in the present moment, preventing us from acting with no clear understanding of what we’re facing. Keeping consciousness at hand also prevents us from performing brainless actions out of a period of suffering being experienced, which is what the negative conditioning we’re subjected to in the environment we’re inserted into expects us to do. The more aware of such awful behaviour we’re, the better equipped we become to deal with hatred culture and the presence of darkness in the surroundings, attaining higher levels of peace of mind and walking the path towards a meaningful life no matter the circumstances.

Consciously and meaningfully dealing with discrimination of any type isn’t easy yet mandatory for stepping into higher stages of our personal evolution. We may face discrimination from different nonsense reasons, e.g., based on the colour of our skin, or even our intrinsic ability to think and well-developed capability of reasoning about a given subject. The options for suffering discrimination are as high as human stupidity, which according to Albert Einstein has a tendency to be close to infinity.

We need to be aware of what happens in the present moment, understanding the scene we are part of, and mostly, understanding our own suffering to draw suitable strategies in order to use any negativity we’ve contact with to our favour. It’s only when we learn how to channel negativity in the benefit of the self that we can clearly see and understand the true nature of all challenges and difficulties we experience during our life journey.

Let’s be brave to face and deal with any source of discrimination. The more conscious we’re, the stronger we become.
