Facing challenges and difficulties that life presents to us, which are usually derived from the presence of darkness in the surroundings, requires inner-strength and motivation for doing good no matter the circumstances. Cultivating inner-strength is something we do when generating continuous waves of positive thoughts, which can be promoted by doing things we feel good in a way they contribute to increase our mind resilience, physical strength, environment awareness, and therefore, consciousness of what happens in the present moment. Thus, let’s read, write, listen to music, exercise, smile, laugh, have fun, rest, all with the clear purpose of generating the aforementioned waves of positive thoughts, remembering our source of light gets ignited deep within, no matter the circumstances or the type of environment we’re inserted into.



Let’s find a way of promoting positivity that suits our way of life, our routine, our daily activities. Let’s present an example to make things more clear. We wake up and have just 15min of free time available before having to attend a scheduled event. In those 15min we can read a few pages of a book, stretch a little bit our legs, arms, and body, we can meditate to clear our mind from negative thoughts, listen to positive music, and most importantly, we do one of those activities through a conscious and meaningful attitude.



Let’s start enhancing the self, and let’s do things to boost our inner-strength and power, leading us to step into higher stages of our personal evolution. The more we’re aware of the benefits of cultivating and generating waves of positive thoughts, the better we understand the more resilient our mind is, the more peaceful our mind becomes.
