Discrimination is something no legal system is capable of covering totally and properly, and therefore, there’s always a way of performing discriminatory acts without violating any common law, mainly when we talk about any organisation or person associated with the state itself. Thus, we need to find a suitable way to face and deal with situations where discrimination is there, although we’ve no legal instrument to deal with it directly. The alternative we’ve at hand is performing our body and mind training while attaining higher levels of peace of mind as a result of stepping into higher stages of our personal evolution. The more we do that, the easier it’s to keep consciousness at hand—and stay calm—while finding a legal instrument to face and deal with discriminatory acts causing harm to any aspect of our life.
Performing our body and mind training is a wonderful strategy that helps keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. When we’re before discriminatory acts, the majority of the time we’ve no resources, power, or common laws covering properly the deteriorating behaviour we’re subjected to. Thus, it’s much better to learn how to attain higher levels of peace of mind, even if we’re facing discriminatory acts. It’s with consciousness at hand, and our mind at peace, that we can observe, analyse, and understand any discriminatory act against us, also enabling us to seek if there’s a legal instrument we could use to deal with such type of discrimination directly.
In spite of the fact that we find no legal instrument capable of helping us dealing with the situation we’re part of, we then need to draw a suitable strategy to channel in our favour all negativity we’ve contact with in the environment we’re inserted into. We’ve to observe, analyse, understand, and have no fear of anyone or anything we’ve contact with. If we aren’t confident enough to do that with the current knowledge and skills we already possess, we can call for help and start learning martial arts. Learning self-defence is not only good for our body and mind but also an interesting instrument to establish a solid foundation to build up our confidence.
Next time you get to face a discriminatory act, remember one important thing: keeping consciousness at hand and the mind at peace saves you from being framed, harmed, or deceived by any obnoxious behaviour you’ve contact with in the environment you’re inserted into.
Let’s be brave to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within
