It’s extremely important that we start creating a stable and strong emotional foundation to deal with anything life presents to us. From time to time we need to deal with different types of situations, and the majority of the time, those situations aren’t caused by people we love but people who hate us by a circumstance that gets extremely difficult or even impossible to understand. Some dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people who hate us we know in person, and some we’ve even no idea who they really are. The common ground is that those dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people just hate us based on nonsense (hidden) arguments. The moment we realise the presence of darkness in the surroundings in a conscious and meaningful way, it’s the moment we understand what we’re really facing and dealing with while establishing a stable and strong emotional foundation.
Dealing with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people is part of our daily activities when living in the middle of society, where we’ve no much choice of who we have or haven’t contact with in the present moment. When we go to work, gym, supermarket, or even when we go to a public place just for relaxing, e.g., a beach, we would eventually have contact with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people who would look at us and would just hate us because, e.g., we’re in a good shape, we know how to swim, we don’t care about the financial condition of people we establish relation and connection with, we’re smart, and so on. And, unfortunately, it’s more common than we could ever imagine.
Those people who hate others do everything they can to cause harm, although they usually attempt to do it in a way they get not identified by doing that, and mainly, not having to deal with legal consequences of their actions. That scenario gets crystal clear when we start using our third eye to observe and understand the different situations we’re part of. And the bad part is that discriminatory behaviours have been in the roots of society since ancient times.
That’s why when we really understand there’re people who hate us in the surroundings, we need to take care of ourselves to prevent having emotional breakdowns, or even getting depressed based on a huge negative energy we’ve contact with, which isn’t part of who we really are. We cannot remove that nonsense hate feeling from people who harm others as a way of life yet we can take the opportunity to practice our intrinsic ability to be kind and compassionate even with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people who play dead while being in direct contact with us.
Let’s perform our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way, establishing a stable and strong emotional foundation we can use to deal with those dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people we have contact with during our daily activities. Step by step, we can attain higher levels of peace of mind both to be ready to deal with a situation before us accordingly and to enjoy every single moment of our own life.
