When immersed into a dishonoured environment, and cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within in order to keep consciousness at hand, we start understanding the details of our intrinsic ability to surpass our own limits. We start realising any imposed limit is just an illusion, which we either accept or reject as a result of how conscious we’re in the present moment. The less conscious we’re, the more acceptance we show in the face of any imposed limit life presents to us. On the other hand, the more conscious we’re, the better we understand what we need to do to enhance the self, step into higher stages of our personal evolution, and therefore, surpass any (imposed) limit before us. It’s just a matter of how conscious we’re instead of a measure of either strength or weakness of both the self and the adversary we’re facing in the present moment.
It’s extremely important that we realise and understand the need to perform our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way. Exercising by the simple fact that someone else has said such a regular practice is good for our health is just a starting point, which keeps us in chains of beliefs we attain little or no understanding of. In order to break such chains we need to be conscious of what we’re doing, implying in the act of opening our third eye to see the truth before the self, clearly identifying what happens in the present moment, and what we need to do to deal with anything aside from our love nature.
If we’ve no idea why we’re doing what we’re doing in the present moment, it’s better to wake up and attain the understanding that is missing. It’s just a matter of perspective. A conscious mind knows exactly where they’re stepping into, even if the floor isn’t firm enough and offers calculated risks that need to be faced. Let’s think, observe, analyse, and understand. The journey of finding answers for questions we’ve in the present moment always starts in a place we usually disregard the understanding of, implying the simple fact of getting lost deep within our own perspective and relativity.
