In the year 2025 we’re still observing clear acts of discrimination as a way to pass a sort of punishment to a person, calling it social justice to make it sound positive, correct, and acceptable. As a consequence, the real problem is getting distorted, which is the purpose of the classical justice system itself, and both the meaning and the efficacy of the application of the common laws established. If we need a sort of social justice system it means the classical justice system has failed at a given moment in time, and if that social justice system isn’t part of the classical justice system itself, any action against a target person performed through this more democratic social justice system is as bad as committing a crime. However, we can only observe, analyse, and understand such a scene when we keep consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances. The important questions we need to ask ourselves are: How does a social justice system scheme work? Who is defining it? What is the purpose of a social justice system? What are the benefits of using that system instead of the classical one? Why don’t we just drop off the classical justice system and start using the social justice system only? If we could answer (at least) one singular question without implying the observation of any trace of discrimination towards anyone else, as the social justice system hasn’t been agreed by the majority as a common set of laws in a similar way the classical justice system had, it implies we need to start a collective movement for replacing the classical justice system by the social one. Otherwise, we’re just increasing the entropy to attend to the interests of few, solving nothing, and leading also to the creation of other problems derived from discrimination practiced and promoted by the social justice system itself. The moment we realise the importance of keeping consciousness at hand, it’s the moment we understand why the promotion of a parallel justice system alongside the establishment of fundamental human rights on top of the classical one makes no sense at all.

It’s crystal clear we need to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within, establishing a kind, compassionate, and non-judgemental attitude towards the self and others. In order to do so we need to keep consciousness at hand, observing, analysing, and understanding what happens in the present moment. When observing actions aside from our love nature, mainly the ones with clear intention to cause harm towards another, it’s essential to learn how to apply defensive manoeuvres if required to keep walking the path towards a meaningful life.

Let’s imagine we all keep consciousness at hand, being able to distinguish right from wrong; then, there would be no need for any type of justice system, as everything would’ve the foundation on the honour each person has the personal duty to cultivate and nurture. However, as we know the majority of people isn’t able to keep consciousness at hand, being unaware of what really happens in the present moment, the pressing need for a justice system to deal with eventual disagreements between people was vivid, and therefore, we created the illusion of justice through an imposed judgement that has a good intention of making people conscious about the difference between right and wrong, although it usually delivers more blind punishments than making people understand how they can enhance themselves towards their personal evolution.

If we start thinking about the concept of justice in the essence of the word, we realise we cannot attain justice without being conscious, also attaining the understanding that if we all get conscious we need no justice system at all. Thus, the real problem is always about the negative side-effects derived from actions performed by an unconscious mind that the illusory society we’re part of must restrain, attempting to tame the chaos already established.

The moment we realise how strong we become when keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, it’s the moment we understand justice is just an illusion that masquerades the unconscious nature of (at least) one member of the illusory society we’re part of.
