It’s essential that we create a strong foundation to establish a safe ground where we can observe, analyse, and understand what happens deep within and in the surroundings. The important fact is realising and understanding such a safe ground is a spiritual place (preferably deep within our conscious mind), enabling us to attain higher levels of peace of mind no matter the circumstances, stepping into higher stages of our personal evolution as a result of our progress. The moment we realise who we really are, the easier it’s to diminish the influence of illusions we’ve contact with, using our third eye to clearly see the truth before us, identifying dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive sources we need to deal with in a conscious and meaningful way.


Dealing with dishonour, dishonesty, and deception is something we can only properly do if keeping consciousness at hand. Consciousness is the foundation of every single attainment we can ever succeed to accomplish. If we’ve doubts about our ability to keep consciousness at hand, we need to focus our body and mind training in the enhancement of ruling our intrinsic ability to do so. Keeping consciousness at hand opens many possibilities, making us see and understand what really happens in the present moment.


The idea is really simple: observing, analysing, understanding, and using our consciousness to either ignore or apply self-defence manoeuvres in a meaningful way. The majority of the time we’re dealing with unconscious and conditioned people, who barely know the purpose of what they’re doing in the present moment. Thus, instead of throwing a coin to the air and getting lucky to be inserted in an environment where honour is the norm, we need to use the knowledge we already possess in our favour, understanding the odds of the situation before the self.


The moment we realise knowledge is indeed an important ally, it’s the moment we understand why it’s through knowledge that we can face and deal with anything aside from our love nature.
