Sometimes we are living an illusion of being in the middle of a chaotic environment, where we try to protect the self as much as we can, understanding little or nothing about what has been experienced in the scene we are part of. There is no understanding that we are actually dealing with rain instead of waves from an agitated sea. The focus cannot be achieved properly, implying the wrong strategy of accelerating in order to prevent the wave from reaching our own perspective and relativity. The moment we realise that all is part of a fabricated illusion, it is the moment we understand how to see clearly through our third eye what we are facing in the present moment.

The importance of recognising the fabricated illusions we have contact with is essential to keep good health, implying a sharp and conscious mind able to face anything no matter the circumstances. When we talk about fabricated illusions, we are talking about good and bad illusions, i.e. illusions providing the sensation of pleasure and illusions putting the self into a miserable state, where anything becomes negative and painful.

Recognising the presence of darkness is the foundation to understand the fabricated illusions we have contact with, enabling us to strengthen, harden, and sharpen body and mind while walking the path towards a meaningful life. We have to prevent our unconscious mind from getting on the driver's seat, which implies a behaviour dictated by the negative conditioning we are subjected to.

Taking control of our own life is important to achieve higher levels of peace of mind, giving no permission to anything or anyone on the outside to disturb the peaceful state within our personal fortress.

The moment we realise fabricated illusions have no power over the self, it is the moment we understand how to deal with them through a peaceful, conscious, and meaningful way of life.
