Being resilient to harsh environments begins with the identification of where the source of the challenges and difficulties experienced is. After such identification, we can start drawing strategies to adapt our body and mind training to prevent the self stepping into a period of suffering, dictated by the negative conditioning we are subjected to. The moment we realise how to attain higher levels of peace of mind even when dealing with challenges and difficulties in the environment we are inserted into, it is the moment we understand the foundation of self-evolution is diminishing the negative influence of periods of suffering within our own perspective and relativity. There is always an opportunity to grow and face darkness no matter the circumstances. We have no reason to be afraid or to hide from the promotion of negative conditioning. There is no need to run from chaotic environments promoted by hatred culture. There is no need to embrace suffering, the negative conditioning...

When we are in the middle of a harsh environment, there is a survival instinct activated deep within the self that makes us thrive no matter the circumstances. That is activated unconsciously by conquering the fear of losing a life regarding the environmental conditions experienced. However, some people experiencing suffering are not able to perform such activation, as the unconscious mind is much more focused on fear than on survival. We get into a similar situation when facing darkness. Therefore, we have to learn how to activate the unlimited power we have within, consciously and meaningfully, implying nothing can stop us to care about life as the ultimate goal, cultivating and nurturing our love nature deep within, and manifesting our beautiful light from the inside out. Facing darkness is identifying and recognising what may cause some disturbances to our inner peace, allowing the self to use such knowledge to develop suitable body and mind training strategies to deal with o...

It is not always that we can see clearly, even through our naked eyes, the threats we are dealing with in the present moment. The majority of the time they are mixed with fabricated illusions we have contact with, hidden or masked as something or someone in the surroundings. If we are experiencing suffering, we become hunters of the aforementioned threats. However, instead of identifying the threats to hunt them, we can do the same to understand that no negativity generated from the outside is able to enter the self without our own permission. We need to understand our worst enemy to be able to understand the self. That is why it is extremely important to understand our own suffering, which gives us priceless pieces of knowledge utilised by the self to build a strong shield to face darkness, its associated negative conditioning, and hatred culture itself. Māra, the evil entity prosecuting Buddha—the enlightened one—during his journey to understand his own suffering and atta...

When we are in the middle of society, facing darkness, and walking our own path towards a meaningful life, we have to develop our roots deep within our love nature. We cannot get intimidated by the huge negativity we have contact with, or by the dirty we both observe and experience in the environment we are inserted into. The majority of the time we deal with conditioned behaviours, in which keeping consciousness at hand gives us a huge advantage no matter the circumstances. If we feel alone, somehow like being lost in the middle of a forest, we can get that opportunity to observe, analyse, and understand better the relation of the self with the environment itself, including both the relation with the living and the dead ones. Let us think deep within: (1) Why do we need to fear the possibility of observing the truth behind the illusions we have contact with? (2) Why could we not just step out of the period of suffering characterised by the eager and grasping feeling of trying to help ...

There is no time to waste on experiencing deep periods of suffering within our own perspective and relativity, letting the negative conditioning we are subjected to consume and deteriorate the self. It is, indeed, time to be aware and awaken of the presence of darkness, fabricated illusions, obnoxious behaviours, and any trace of hatred culture we have to deal with. The more we are conscious of where we are, and what life is all about, the better we get prepared to manifest and boost the beautiful light we cultivate within. Darkness takes every single chance it has to strike, and we need to get prepared to defend the self in every single opportunity it may happen. It means we have to keep consciousness at hand all the time, observing, analysing, and understanding the scene we are part of, the configuration of the elements we are dealing with, and the consequences of their move and interaction to the self. It is only by performing our body and mind training that we get equipped to...

The development of inner strength cannot be characterised by the amount and magnitude of power we are able to attain on our own but the knowledge and wisdom we acquire to ensure its use if, and only if, protecting and caring about life as the ultimate goal. It is time to realise and understand the relationship between the self and the impermanence of the universe, which unconscious minds may attempt to control by creating an illusion of forcing the occurrence of events through the passage of time. There is no way to control anything outside our own perspective and relativity, and that is a priceless piece of knowledge we eventually acquire as conscious beings walking the path towards a meaningful life. Let us picture an example of trying to fit the occurrence of life events in the Fibonacci’s sequence. We may model the sequence of some kind of life events using the both randomness and projections provided by Fibonacci’s formalisation. However, it is only a small simplification of...
