Dealing with the workload of our daily activities may not be as easy as it seems, sometimes demanding the use of (and draining) all the energy we’ve available for the day. Thus, we need to find a suitable way to recover well after a loaded and heavy period, which implies the need to keep our body active and our mind sharp in order to prevent the deterioration of the self. Exercising regularly, which includes both physical- and mental-related activities, helps in keeping us in a good shape. Let’s never forget that we need our body functional as a way of supporting our mind to think and work as best as it can for the moment. The more we incorporate such essential wisdom, the better we can boost our intrinsic abilities and learned capabilities to step into higher stages of our personal evolution.
It’s extremely important that we understand the limits of our body and mind, preventing them from collapsing when the demand is heavy and unavoidable. We need to find a suitable strategy that scales at the same time it doesn’t drain us completely, requiring much more time and effort to recover.
Let’s dance, rock, and create a strong yet malleable resonance that makes us adapt and play the best version of the self every single day of our own existence.
