It’s time to realise and understand what we’re really facing and dealing with in the present moment. It makes all the difference to know exactly the type of problem we’re exposed to, and the different ramifications we need to deal with while doing our daily activities and walking the path towards a meaningful life. We need to conquer all our fears, becoming emotionally strong to deal with the unknown. It’s also important that we establish suitable strategies to perform our body and mind training in a conscious and meaningful way, leading us to step into higher stages of our personal evolution. Cruelty has many faces, i.e., we just need to find out the pattern in order to get scared no more, even if we find ourselves alone and in the middle of an awful and disgusting situation.


Let’s imagine a group of people surrounding us and pushing hard to force a given reaction. If we step into a period of suffering, we wouldn't be able to realise and understand what happens in the present moment, and why we need to attain higher levels of peace of mind while sharpening our mind to be like a diamond. If we get desperate, the unconscious outcome can be even worse. The question is: What options do we have in order to deal with awful and disgusting situations?


First of all, we need to identify both the sources of negativity deep within, and the sources of negativity in the surroundings and on the outside. After identifying every single source of negativity deep within and on the outside, we’ve all we need to work on our personal evolution.


The stronger we get, the easier it’s to face the presence of darkness in the surroundings while making the impossible possible.
