There’s a suitable need of understanding what happens in the present moment, putting us into a position where we can observe and analyse the scenes we’re part of, and the behaviours we’ve contact with, whether for extracting priceless pieces of knowledge from, or just identifying something we need to pay more attention to. The idea of attaining such an understanding is related to the fact that we need to acquire multiple pieces of knowledge from multiple sources, combining them to attain the understanding of a period of suffering we may be experiencing, which composes a more general understanding about the scene we’re part of. It’s our ability to acquire, process, combine, and make sense of what we both observe and experience that makes us unique creatures of love, who have an intrinsic ability to keep consciousness at hand, whether we’re experiencing a period of suffering.
It’s extremely important that we pay little or no attention to something implicitly deteriorating, which the source is on the outside. Such a negative source has no power to do anything with us, and we need to start using any negativity we’ve contact with in our favour. The idea is deep in the philosophy of every single martial art style we may have contact with, which uses the destructive power of adversaries against themselves.
It’s by starting to perform our body and mind training that we can get prepared to incorporate the mindset of transforming more and generating less. Thus, we can put everything we got during the ignition stage of any movement we perform, reaching a point where we start transforming the energy we acquire from the environment, the scene, and the position we’re in the present moment, establishing a virtually inert posture where we make little effort to get a result representing a huge exponentiation of the energy we’re generating in the present moment. For example, if we apply such a mindset when punching or kicking a tree, we need to understand how to absorb and redirect the energy back to the tree, which creates a bouncing effect making us use less energy to achieve better and more powerful results.
It’s all about using the intelligence in our favour instead of being afraid of getting wet when learning and experiencing something making us uncomfortable because it’s either wrong or inappropriate to use as an offensive technique. The moment we realise that, it’s the moment we understand how to start mastering what matters most in any situation: our consciousness.
