There is nothing good in suffering besides the knowledge we acquire to diminish its influence, or prevent it from being present. It is clear as crystal that everytime we harm another, no matter how smart or untouchable we think we are, what happens is exactly the opposite. Everything is connected. Understanding suffering and surpassing our own limits, requires us to never forget what happens, performing our body and mind training to be strong enough in order to prevent hatred culture from repeating itself through the passage of time. That is what makes the definition of being resilient, keeping our love nature vivid and alive through generations.

There is no excuse to follow negative conditioning, embracing darkness, and after a period of suffering, causing harm to another. Saying I am sorry is not enough if it is not genuine. That episode of suffering gets imprinted, and it makes a deep mark of hatred culture that will last for generations, until our love nature gets back to the course of a meaningful life.

Generations being conditioned and tortured by the values of hate, chaos, suffering, and illusions fabricated and transmitted from generation to generation. Now we are seeing the results of World War II, and the spread of hatred culture derived from that awful moment of history, which was not genuinely prevented.

We are in a period much worse than World War II because the harm to another has become either legal or conditioned. The negative outcomes are considered acceptable.

While in World War II there was a clear declaration of war, in the current society we live in there is a clear hidden war with no declaration, and it is all over the world. We could say that the war between Russia and Ukraine is a manifestation of the type of hidden wars we face every single day: someone thinking that it is alright violating our personal space, privacy, territory, and so on, just because they want and desire it. As Russia will never succeed in dominating Ukraine, darkness will never succeed in dominating light.

Walking the path towards a meaningful life makes us resilient, strong, and ready to deal with anything no matter the circumstances. The consciousness of being aligned with our love nature, preventing hatred culture to grow deep inside the self, will continue to be passed through generations. Light will always be there to face darkness, no matter how strong darkness may be.

That is the spirit of love. When the hate emerges and becomes so powerful that everyone or everything seems to be conditioned by negativity, light gets manifested to bring hope and directions towards the path of a meaningful life.
