Sometimes we are in a peaceful environment, which seems to be too good to be real. Everything looks great, being easy to go through with little or on effort. There is only one way to see the true nature present in such an environment, which is keeping consciousness at hand while observing through our third eye what we are really facing. Understanding both the scene and illusions we have contact with is the first step to understand how to deal with darkness in a meaningful way.

It is not always that a peaceful environment represents a sign of an environment where our love nature gets flourished all around. Sometimes it is quite the opposite. The silence and the extremely peaceful environment may be part of illusions we have contact with, which may constitute a mind trap that leads an unconscious mind to step into a period of suffering. The only way to be sure about what we are experiencing is observing carefully the environment through our third eye, keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances.

Illusions are part of challenges and difficulties we have to deal with while facing darkness and its associated negative conditioning. We have to learn how to diminish the power and influence of such illusions towards the self, within our own perspective and relativity. There is nothing too good that cannot become bad, as well as there is nothing too bad that cannot become good.

When we use our body and mind training to keep the self aligned with our love nature, we are actually keeping consciousness at hand to deal with darkness, and anything that may influence the self to step into a period of suffering.

The moment we realise how to use our third eye to observe the environment we are inserted into, it is the moment we understand how to use anything life presents to us in our favour.
