A good exercise we can insert into our daily routine is reflecting what has happened in the past few days, taking 5 to 10 minutes to figure out what we could’ve done differently, and what we need to enforce in order to get any issue we may be facing vanished from our TODO list. A good start is being realistic in accounting everything we’ve no control of, which implies a strong and wonderful step ahead of planning what needs to be done, and what we need to be prepared for on the short-, mid- and long-term basis. The secret rule is never be afraid of anything, regarding adversaries, environmental conditions, or even periods of deep isolation derived from a mandatory requirement for finishing something important and demanding. The less afraid we become about anything we face in life, the easier it’s to deal with any issue during our life journey.

Patience is a superpower we always need to use when facing the unknown. It’s one of our most trustworthy cards at hand, which has the ability to boost any other intrinsic characteristic we’re learning or already possess. It’s only through patience that we can look at anything before us and find a weak spot that opens another level of possibilities and combinations to enhance the self. We may use the David and Goliath tale as an example while looking at any issue or problem we’ve before us. The bigger the problem, the easier it’s to find a weak spot that needs less than 5% of the effort to get rid of 95% of the weight and size of what we’re dealing with.

It’s also important that we keep consciousness at hand to genuinely understand what finding a weak spot really means, or we may fall into a trap that looks like what we’re seeking yet leading us towards a path where we enter into a combination of mind traps, which helps nothing in vanishing what needs to be vanished.

The more we understand the purpose of what we do in every single step we perform, the better we understand from where we’ve started and to where we’re heading towards.
