It’s our duty to face and deal with the presence of darkness in the surroundings, as much as it’s our duty to cultivate and nurture the beautiful light we’ve deep within. Embracing darkness and cultivating our beautiful light are orthogonal things, which cannot be mixed and performed together without losing the alignment with our love nature. The moment we realise that, it’s the moment we understand what keeping consciousness at hand represents, and why walking the path towards a meaningful life leads us to step into our personal evolution.

We’ve been conditioned to fear the presence of darkness in the surroundings, living a life similar to what was observed in ancient days of slavery but in different terms that allow us to experience the illusion of freedom within a very delimited type of “cage”. It’s only when we realise and understand what the presence of darkness really is, that we can genuinely start performing our body and mind training with the clear goal of preparing the self for liberation. The freedom of recognising what we’re facing, and the duty of getting ready to deal with the unknown while walking the path towards a meaningful life are the results of attaining clarity of mind. Our unlimited power starts to awaken the moment we reach such a minimum level of understanding.

Recognising the presence of darkness in the surroundings would never make that huge amount of negative energy go away from the environment we’re inserted into. However, it’s through such a recognition that we can understand what happens in the present moment, getting prepared to deal with any situation, or anyone attempting to cause harm towards the self or any innocent people sharing a common environment with us.

Let’s be light, walking the path towards a meaningful life, and stepping into our personal evolution to fear the presence of darkness no more.
