There’s an understanding that says sharing love and good vibrations generates a ripple effect of positivity that bounces back to us. Such a priceless understanding enables us to connect with our true self, finding refuge in the dharma, characterised by its practice deep within, making us get aligned and connected with the natural laws of the universe through the manifestation of our love nature. It’s by performing our body and mind training focused on becoming the best version of the self, and facing darkness no matter the circumstances, that we can make all the difference, observing negativity in the surroundings with no fear, even if the magnitude is huge and dominates the environment we’re inserted into.

It’s extremely important that we realise and understand how powerful we’re when keeping consciousness at hand. It’s also important to be aware and awaken to the fact that a conscious mind cultivates the natural alignment with our love nature, making negativity to hide itself in the shadows, which implies we almost never need to face and deal with it directly if not in a conflict zone dictated by martial law where war is on course of actions.

Darkness represents a cowardly manade surrounding the self with the expectation that we embrace the negative energy we’ve contact with. If it's difficult to understand the concept, let’s just use an example in nature where hyenas represent darkness and the lion represents the self. The hyenas never face the lion directly but they are always in the surroundings alternating moments of silence and moments of producing sound in an attempt to intimidate the lion through numbers. They never succeed in such an intimidation. On the contrary, when the lion perceives the presence of hyenas it is an indication that they want something the lion possesses, and therefore, they’re willing to get what the lion left behind, hoping the lion just gives up everything completely.

The moment we realise how to establish a lion’s posture, which doesn’t get intimidated by the actions and the number of hyenas in the surroundings, it’s the moment we understand how unlimited the power we’ve deep within is.
