We need to have respect for the gift of life we’ve received, which includes the self when experiencing periods of suffering. We need to keep consciousness at hand even when experiencing periods of suffering, preventing us from performing brainless actions, and therefore, disrespecting and being dishonoured with such astonishing gift of life we’ve received. That’s why performing actions to intentionally attack others is an act of disrespect and dishonour with our own life. It’s by being respectful and honoured, which implies keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances, that we can still live another day experiencing freedom while walking on this world. The math is simple: embracing darkness and performing brainless actions to harm others lead us to the path of self-deterioration, which implies losing our freedom, eventually. The moment we realise that, it’s the moment we understand how respect and honour are related to what we cultivate and nurture deep within rather...

It’s extremely important getting aligned with the universe, becoming connected with nature and prepared to shine our beautiful light from the inside out. The energy of the sun, the good sensation of the wind, the healing power of the water and the waves, everything contributes to make us stronger and more resilient against the presence of darkness in the surroundings. We’re extremely powerful. We just need to realise and understand that in a conscious and meaningful way. The moment we acquire that priceless piece of knowledge, it’s the moment we start understanding who we really are. There’s no secret but being aligned with our love nature, caring about life as the ultimate goal, which makes us attain higher levels of peace of mind to realise and understand what really happens in the present moment. We may think we’re alone in the duty of facing darkness but we’re not. All conscious beings are intrinsically connected with nature and each other. We can sense everything and be alig...

There’s a powerful way of cultivating and nurturing the beautiful light we’ve deep within, which is understanding our own suffering. It’s through such understanding that we can observe, analyse, and recognise the presence of darkness in the surroundings, acquiring priceless pieces of knowledge we can use as support for performing our body and mind training, attaining higher levels of peace of mind, and stepping into our personal evolution. It’s only when we understand that some challenges and difficulties we need to face and deal with result from periods of suffering experienced by others, that we can establish suitable strategies to diminish the negative outcome towards the self in a conscious and meaningful way. The beautiful light we’ve deep within is a pure source of positive energy derived from the alignment with our love nature. It’s by cultivating and nurturing it that we can establish a strong and solid foundation to walk the path towards a meaningful life, keeping consci...

When we start keeping consciousness at hand, realising the clear characterisation of the presence of darkness in the surroundings, we start understanding the distortion of honour we face when dealing with minds in suffering who have embraced the cult of hate and the promotion of negativity all around. It’s quite simple to understand. Instead of experiencing suffering through direct confrontation, a person that considers themselves as a superior race, cultivating and nurturing an eager desire to harm others, replaces that confrontation by gossiping and deceiving. The goal of such a strategy is making a target person to step into a period of suffering, performing brainless actions to confront people about the gossip and deception they are both spreading and performing, which would result in such people playing dead to apply an inversion of control. Thus, the cult of hate boosts its influence, which implies clear actions to restrain and control others that can be clearly seen in the promo...

There’re many challenges and difficulties we need to face and deal with that are totally related to the environment we’re inserted into in the present moment and people who share that environment with us. We need to keep practising kindness and compassion to enhance, day by day, towards our personal evolution. We need to diminish the self-punishment we may experience by letting negative emotions kick in when facing and dealing with dishonoured, deceptive, and obnoxious behaviours exhibited by others. The majority of the time we let negativity kick in by projecting the negative consequences of something that we’ve no control of, which may affect us directly and are (in fact) caused by the eager desire of people to harm others. The moment we realise there’s always tomorrow, it’s the moment we understand we need to stop worrying about the future in the present moment; instead, it’s much more beneficial to establish a strong mindset that enables us to face and deal with anything, no matter...

We’re all connected with the universe, contributing to the cultivation and nurturing of life across the galaxy. It’s by keeping consciousness at hand no matter the circumstances that we can attain clarity of mind to understand we still need to acquire knowledge, study, and perform tasks on our own in order to keep on track towards our personal evolution and the path of a meaningful life. We need to realise that attaining the clarity of mind concerning the importance of acquiring knowledge as much as we can isn’t shared by all. Some have the eager desire to have fun as much as they can while finding a way of putting machines to do the hard intellectual and creative work, enslaving those who aren’t sharing the same mindset. Disregarding knowledge acquisition in the benefit of luxury doesn’t work well in the long-term, and history is the evidence of it. The moment we realise we’re still a species that fight a war of luxury versus knowledge, it’s the moment we understand that experiencing ...

“The better we understand we’re all connected with the universe itself, the easier it’s stepping and walking through a path towards a meaningful life.” — Jeferson Souza (thejefecomp).
