It’s really important to learn how to kill the negativity deep within, channelling such disgusting and deteriorating energy for the benefit of the self. Instead of feeding rage we can feed training, learning new techniques and sharpening our conscious and meaningful sword to cut precisely and deeply through ignorance, leaving nothing but a lesson learned that transforms itself into a priceless piece of knowledge and wisdom we can carry on through generations. If we perform a correlation with the tales out there, we can say the internal, unique yet mystical sword we’ve deep within resembles the tales of King Arthur and his legendary sword named Excalibur. The round table reminds us to be fair, trustworthy, honoured, and worthy of the title of King or Queen of the reign we call mind.



Every single day we battle ignorance, greed, and deception inherited from the dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive behaviours we need to face and deal with during our life journey. It’s then essential to sharpen our sword and master its use to miss no ignorance coming in our way. No ignorance should be allowed to thrive within our own perspective and relativity, and we can just do it if we learn and master how to cut deep and precise through it, leaving no room for its development and growth.



The moment we realise how to do that consciously and meaningfully, it’s the moment we understand how to vanish ignorance from either our naked eyes or third eye once and for all. Let’s keep training to reach the best version of the self, a conscious state in which the power has no limit.

It’s with such understanding at hand that we can be genuinely soft towards the self and others, focusing our efforts on performing our body and mind training to make progress in our personal evolution.
