It’s extremely important that we learn how to recognise the presence of darkness in the surroundings, and how we can deal with dishonoured, dishonest, and deceptive people, who’re nothing more than sentient beings experiencing deep periods of suffering. When we start thinking and having ideas, and just by coincidence, we start seeing those ideas out there, getting materialised in a distorted and incomplete way, instead of letting the self get a little bit down, we need to become extremely motivated, as such a distortion clearly shows we’re heading towards the right path. One thing we need to learn is maturing an idea with time and without even thinking too much or storing any physical record of that idea. The more we step into higher stages of our personal evolution, the easier it’s to keep a secret even from our own eager and untamed thoughts.

Let’s acquire as much knowledge as we can, which is the way of supporting the enhancement of the self in a conscious and meaningful way. It’s time to understand the strong bond between body and mind, implying a duty to take care of both in order to attain higher levels of peace of mind while stepping into higher stages of our personal evolution.

Thoughts come and go. They may be good or represent something bad. They may compose an idea or a past memory. They may be a flash or a full scene running slowly within our mind. No matter what type of thought we’ve right now, the most important thing is letting no thought control us. They need to be tamed by our conscious mind. And such an ability enables us to make any eager and untamed thought under control, within a sandbox we’re the only ones with power either to open or to close.

The moment we become the ruler of our own mind, it’s the moment we understand how to train ourselves to deal with any type of eager and untamed thought that may come and go during our life journey. It’s time to make the unpredictable, predictable, and the predictable, impermanent.
