In the middle of a harsh environment we need to cultivate and nurture our love nature, putting aside darkness and any negativity we've contact with in the environment we're inserted into. It's important to recognise the presence of darkness yet not getting intimidated by such a presence. Instead of being afraid, we need to learn how to use darkness in the benefit of the self regarding our personal evolution. One of the goals of performing our body and mind training is understanding our own suffering, and all negative aspects of it. Sometimes, while doing that, we need to experience negativity, and that is when the presence of darkness becomes an asset at hand. If we realise and understand how to properly use the presence of darkness in our favour, we can better enhance the self, stepping into our personal evolution in a conscious and meaningful way,

Taking advantage of the presence of darkness to benefit the self in the path of our personal evolution is an essential part of our life journey. The more chaotic the environment we're inserted into is, the more opportunities of practice we've before the self. Therefore, it's important to keep performing our body and mind training, acquiring the proper knowledge and wisdom required to deal with obnoxious situations.

It's important that we learn how to boost the beautiful light we've deep within, making it shine strong as a foundation to manifest the essence of our love nature from the inside out. There's no secret but observing, analysing, and understanding our own suffering while recognising and identifying the presence of darkness in the surroundings. Step by step, at our own pace, with no need to rush, we can enhance the self as part of the journey to become the better version of the self every single day.

The moment we realise the uniqueness of the self, it's the moment we understand how beautiful the gift of life is.
