We can be experiencing something feeling like a desert, where resources required to live our life properly may be scarce. Regarding our natural need for love, we can also be experiencing an illusion in the middle of a desert, where we may feel no love available to us from the outside, feeling abandoned and alone, and forgetting that love is generated, and cultivated from the inside out. By using our consciousness, being aware and awake that love is imprinted in our nature, we can free the self from the aforementioned illusion, implying the ability to see the light shining the beauty of life, and the path we could walk towards the achievement of peace of mind.

There is no single moment that we could not generate love from the inside out, and it is actually from moments we are alone within our own perspective and relativity that we can perform our mind training, enhance the self, and use our consciousness to realise that. The power to surpass the limitations of our naked eyes, and the inability to segregate ourselves from the environment we live in, is manifested from the inside out, implying our ability to be self-sustainable while we can continue sharing and exchanging love and good vibrations with another.

Throwing away our own life is never an option. Feeling miserable, and thinking the self is always the problem because there is little or no match with the behaviour, and values we experience in the environment we are inserted into, is an illusion of the mind. Our love nature is what makes us feel alive, and we have to learn how to generate it with little or no support from the outside. That is the principle of the inversion of control. That is the principle that Buddha, the enlightened one, has applied in his journey of understanding his own suffering.

Applying measures of inversion of control, where the outside has little or no influence on our well-being, and capability to generate love from the inside out, is a lifetime duty we can practise every single day with the support of our body and mind training. Inversion of control is essential to achieve peace of mind, where dependency on the outside is none.

The moment we realise the illusion of a desert is the inability of our mind to free the self from a state of suffering, it is the moment we understand no matter how harsh is what we are experiencing, we are always able to be self-sustainable to generate love from the inside out.
