A general named Sun Tzu has written a text with teachings about "The Art of War", which we can use in the benefit of the self and others while we are fighting suffering, and all the negative energy we have contact with. The energy of love supporting life itself is always there to anyone willing to walk towards it, finding the rightful and peaceful place for self-enhancement. It is through the power of love, the sharing of good fortune, the focusing of resonating positive energy, and the openness to the bouncing of the light whe are disseminating to the outside, that we step into the wheel of evolution, diminishing the darkness with the awareness that we can face any challenge presented to us. The more we depend on the outside to awake and be aware about who we are, the more we remain dormant to the fact that we are the ruler of our own mind.

We may be in a clouded environment, with hidden challenges, huge and uncertain sources of shadows but we have the power to be brave enough to keep walking with our head up towards the path of a meaningful life. I can, he can, she can, you can, and anyone can be the ruler of the mind by the simple gesture of getting conscious about what happens in the present moment within the self, and in the surroundings.

Fighting suffering, the illusions of the mind that make the self to oversize the difficulties faced on the outside, is not an easy task to accomplish, and it requires the use of consciousness, wisdom, intelligence, awareness, and strategy to get into the right path, the right track, the right walk, and the right direction where caring about life is the foundation to achieve peace of mind.

Like Sun Tzu describes in his text, we have to use the power of our enemy in the benefit of the self. We have to channel the negative energy in our favour, and use what can be seen by a naked eye as a disadvantage as our most trustful asset to step out of the situation we are in at the present moment.  By doing that, we can reach an understanding about the configuration of the scene, and the strategy we can apply to that specific scenario.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has utilised a similar strategy while in his path of understanding the origin of suffering, the foundation to establish a strong and peaceful strategy to result in its cessation.

The moment we realise we have the power to rule our own mind, and to face any challenge life presents to us with our own efforts and resources available, it is the moment we understand we are not looking at the situation using our third eye.
