Sometimes the environment imposes difficulties on the walk of our path, requiring the use of our body and mind training to overcome the challenges presented. If we get into the negative conditioning of embracing the dark path of bending what we have to face, we would not be practising, which implies distancing the self from our love nature. The moment we realise every difficulty we experience can be used as wonderful knowledge for future scenes, it is the moment we understand why the exact same difficulty could not disturb a conscious mind twice.

Difficulties are part of living a life but we have to be conscious to identify their origins, causes, consequences, and motivation behind the scenes. It is by being aware and awake to everything happening in the surroundings that we can enhance the self, extracting useful knowledge to help walking our path towards a meaningful life. There is no way to be conscious without observation. There is nothing we can do to face a challenge presented to the self with no understanding about our own strengths and weaknesses. We have to be prone to analyse what we observe, and willing to understand things we have contact with by using a non-judgemental attitude.

Sometimes we face unfair environments. Sometimes we have to deal with obnoxious situations. Sometimes we have no idea about what we are dealing with. Sometimes we have just to observe, waiting for the right moment where an event can trigger the understanding of everything we have acquired. There are moments of action, and moments where we just have to wait peacefully.

The more challenging the environment is to the self, the higher is the probability of stepping into our personal evolution to surpass our own limits. Instead of embracing suffering and negativity, we can also cultivate light and positivity.

Buddha, the enlightened one, has already disseminated the wonderful teaching that says a peaceful mind is disturbed by nothing, as the only one able to step out of such a state is the self. We have to remember that when we get conscious about a period of suffering we may be experiencing.
